UIRL F1 Rules & Regulations Empty UIRL F1 Rules & Regulations

Post by Admin 7th September 2015, 11:04 am

Introduction *

First of all i'd like to say sections marked with * are mandatory to be read, sections marked - aren't unless they apply to you specifically, to ease the process of reading segments i recommend using the find on page feature on your device, and type in * to read sections marked with * thus streamlining the process.

Honesty, empathy and loyalty is the core of this league, and you are expected to act accordingly. Do not betray the faith we have put in you for you to be here. From here on out though trust is earned not given.

It is up to you to show that you are capable of adapting to the uniqueness of what we have here, and to prove that you belong here, big reminder that open mindedness is key. If for any reason you have a serious issue with the core rules/foundations which this league was built on by all four admin, then we suggest you look elsewhere.

If you fail to understand/comprehend these rules because "they're too different from what you're used to" then we suggest you look elsewhere and wish you luck in doing so. It is incredibly important to adapt as a driver/person, this is one of those things everyone takes into consideration, not only here but also in life in general.

End of introduction.

Rules & Regulations *

These Rules are here to ensure clean and equal racing for all drivers who are competing throughout the season, we also encourage everyone to re read the rules every season to refresh their memory.

Staying signed in to Discord and being active/reachable is Mandatory as we pride ourselves on being a great small community with a fun atmosphere and we’d like to keep it that way, it's also the quicker way of Admin making quick announcements that could range from stuff you're not sure about, to restart messages, or admins checking everyone is ready to start after our minor wait.

Racism/Spectrum Talk/Mental Health/Hate Speech/Religion *

. Racism or Derogatory terms toward Race/Religion Mental Health sufferers/challenged people of the spectrum(such as autism and downs syndrome based verbal attacks and so on) will not be tolerated under any circumstances, we don't "joke" about such things here, anything racist based is definitely not acceptable, that is known more or atleast has been throughout history especially recently...

Thus you will be removed without warning if you can't refrain from uncivilised behaviour.  For example say you're racing and you get into an incident and you say "fuck, are you autistic? Or just simply" thats autistic, i'm driving like i'm downs" or something along those lines you will be removed. Same goes for anything regarding hating anyone's pecific religious beliefs, as well as mentioning anything that are mainly focused on close minded stereotypes. (for example anything about Muslims being sketchy or they look dangerous isn't permitted you get the idea) Terms such as these get thrown around too often and made light of too often. You wouldn't do it if you knew someone or had a family member who sufferered with or fell into these conditions as well as mental health issues.

Attendance *

. In UIRL we try to keep as full a grid as possible, we understand everyone's life schedules get in the way from time to time. And so we have a minimum 8 car race start rule, if we have less the race will be pushed back a week, or cancelled altogether, that is after we have asked the drivers in attendance if they feel like we should race.

. Saying "you don't like the track" or "i'm not feeling up to it" is NOT a valid reason to miss a race/races.... If you are that type of person i suggest you leave now, this rule is here to stop liars, and time wasters from wasting everyone's efforts.

We allow drivers to miss two races in succession but only if you contact admins as to why you have missed them. (new drivers are especially expected to turn up to their first races, if not they'll be removed on the spot) If we suspect you of abusing this rule or not bothering entirely, you will be removed without hesitation, communication is key when it comes to not turning up. If you have a legitimate reason why you can't attend please inform the admins, otherwise we can't guarantee you'll still have a place here when you finally do decide to come back when it's convenient for you.

. DO NOT invite anyone who isn't in the league to our sessions without permission from an admin. If you are found to have done this you will be removed without question, especially if said invited person has joined the lobby and ruined the lobby connection wise, driving wise/crashing wise or glitch wise for others.

. If for any reason you need to leave the league for a small period of time but would like to reserve your place (which should only be done if you're sure that you'll be back) then message an admin directly on discord. (Admins Jonah Hosein, Nathan Williams, Davey Graham or Christopher Jones)

Realistic Performance And Why We Run It *

. As mentioned we are a realistic performance league, and have to run this setting due to the varied level of skill/pace of drivers we have here. How this works is admins will be tasked to test all the cars on realistic performance on varying circuits, which will provide accurate data of the cars from slowest to fastest. We will also be keeping notes of varying top end speeds as well as other notes regarding tyre wear and so on. This process can take anywhere between two weeks to a month or more to be 100% accurate to help ensure as close racing as possible.

. Keeping it on realistic means we can bring the drivers closer together on a more level playing field, as you have guessed that means slower drivers get faster cars and faster guys get slower cars, by competing under this sort of circumstance means you accept that some tracks will see fluctuations of pace from yourself or others in particular, where tracks suit certain people better, usually these are one offs, however more often than not a small rebalance of performance will be needed.

You also have to take into account everyones cars strengths and weaknesses as they tend to play a part in pace from time to time. In this sort of league it requires alot more effort of testing/practice and understanding in order to race here on a competitive level, that goes for admins as well as drivers.

Honesty/Taking Accountability *

. As we have said before honesty is the core of this league and you WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE for your actions at all times, therefore consequences are dished out and expected to be taken without whining or excessive moaning, apologies are not a way of decreasing your penalties, however it is a good gesture, it shows you have accepted that you have done wrong and owned up to it. It's the right thing to do, this is also linked to the gentlemans agreement rule.

. Every action has a consequence, life teaches you that. Those who dismiss our rules and guidelines clearly haven't learned that lesson, and thus will lose our trust and over time will lose their place to be here, excessive complaining or whining will not do you any favours here, it will result in an additional 3 second penalty added onto your current race time or overall race time at the next race you finish.

Cheating Performance *

Due to the Realistic Performance setting of course there is the chance that people will cheat/lie/not try as hard in their trial/pace tests and races. Thus giving them better cars than they truly need (most likely) which is a unfair advantage. But unfortunately that is a risk we have to take.

. If someone is revealed to have cheated/not been honest to gain an advantage or kept info from the admins such as (using only preset setups) which are slower than custom setups, or witheld personal info about improvements, enough so to warrant car changes, they will be stripped of their points. If they (for example) are also found to have been moved multiple times for better balancing, and still have a severe pace advantage (lying/sandbagging) then admins reserve the right to remove them from the league entirely.

No one should be pulling off unrealistic results without sweat, blood or tears. On another note we understand that everyone usually does improve naturally per season, but that usually doesn't happen out of nowhere it's a steady improvement of time over a season.

Preset setups and the issues they cause *

We trial people with custom setups mainly from world record holders/Esport drivers as they clearly know what they're doing and thus it cancels out many variables that could negatively affect the test. For example If we are strangers we don't know how good newcomers setups or setup knowledge is. So to ensure everyone has the best and same equal opportunity we ask them to trial under the conditions mentioned before.

Therefore no one should be here using preset setups in their trial or actual races as we have asked you to use customs for a very important reason, setups shouldn't be too hard to master, you have time trial to copy setups from, they need minor tweaks most times. You also have youtube to find setups from, but If push comes to shove ask the admin for advice setup wise if you are struggling, we have write ups in the season files explaining the characteristics of each car thus helping provide a guideline to helping you setup wise.

. We usually have at least one of the admin giving out advice or setups weekly, we give them out freely to those who need it or to people who would benefit from it, or simply to those who ask.

Teams & Their potential change/importance of driver numbers *

Please keep in mind that your placements have the potentiality of being an ever evolving thing and that if needed, changes will be made as quickly or often as necessary. However, despite the changes made we will always give everyone a heads up (minimum of 3-4 days notice) for them to practice in their new machinery. (unless something needs to be done urgently, or if something is keeping the admin team busy, as life does get in the way sometimes) If you have been placed in a car that slightly puts you off the pace, it's usually down to the fact that drivers who have been here longer than you/people who turn up more regularly than you take higher priority.

This is very rare in itself, car shuffling might also need to be done if the cars available are too close together performance wise, therefore another driver might need a different car due to individual pace fluctuation or simply another car suiting their particular style.

And finally, it is your job to push your limits and to inform the admins if you feel that you have an unnatural pace advantage, this can happen on a particular track you might be good at or just in general. It is your job to inform admins so they can attempt to reshuffle the teams to put you into something that will better balance you out with everyone else. If a seat change won't fix it we will come up with a different method.

. Driver numbers are similar to real life drivers helmets, it defines them in a way, as well as distinguishes them from anyone else it's like their finger print.

With that said, each car will carry the race number of its driver as published by the Admin team at the beginning of the season. Failure to comply to this will result in you scoring half points.

Balance Of Performance/Restriction -

Unless you have a restriction you don't need to read this section, unless you are curious about how they work.

. Classic cars and previous titles that had Ballast as an option, for example if someone was too fast for a certain car then we would restrict the amount of ballast that could be used. Ballast if moved more rearward allowed for better rotation and therefore quicker times, by restricting how much could be used we could slow people down and balance them out accordingly.

. Our balance of performance consists of you running a certain percent of off throttle transmission, you find this setting in the transmission part of the setup menu, this slows the rotation of the car in slow and highspeed corners, thus slowing people down who have exceeded the balanced pace.

We find out this certain percentage by trialing you with a certain amount until the right balance is found. Usually restrictions are given to the more experienced members, however they will be given to new members if needed.

. We will always keep things as accurate as possible and try to give you the best chance at focusing on racing, however whichever we settle on is not up for debate, we have taken extra care to select the most efficient way of balancing you under these circumstances.

. These restrictions require trust from you and effort from you if you are given them. To ensure they are run properly you are to give physical proof via a video clip on the grid of your setup just before we ready up to start the races/formation lap/preferably while the countdown has just started.

. Teams may also be shuffled to penalise a driver. If the admins deem it necessary, they will assign you a slower car as punishment for breaking rules/repeat offences, it all depends on the scenario and whether it is doable without negatively affecting the overall balance of the others in the field.

. Failure to comply to these simple rules in qualifying will result in a qualifying ban, and failure to comply to these rules in the race will result in you being removed from the race results entirely.

Connection & Maintaining Stability *

. We advise you to wire your console directly into either the main router/hub or a wifi extender to keep your signal and overall speeds up and ping down low.

. If you are found to be lagging severely for a majority of drivers you will be asked to leave, as you are not only putting yourself at a disadvantage, by staying in the lobby you will be causing long delays in sessions starting, restarting or just taking up more of an admins time.

Which in turn affects their race, ontop of that you will also be a mobile chicane which is unfair to everyone else participating especially for them maintaining pace/concentration. Failure to leave the session means an instant race ban if need be, this depends on how severe your lag is and also how bad the incidents are that are caused, worst case scenario you may be removed from the league entirely.

. To score points you must finish under your own control, therefore if you finish a race under Ai mode it will invalidate your result. Thus you will not receive points from finishing races unless you physically finish them yourself, unless you have been disconnected on the last couple of laps, or in most cases the final lap and the game wouldn't allow you to rejoin.

Recording incidents and their importance *

. Any and all incidents (ranging from track limit violations to contact, to qualifying laps, to anything you feel is unjust or against the rules) must be recorded as proof via xbox DVR/streaming/capture and sent to Admins (RTL Jonah or Nathan Williams GT Looneymoo or Davey Graham GT zzd4v3yzz or Noodleneck 69) either on xbox or on discord via link. This is essential as it will most likely determine how we handle the situation.

.It is recommended that you set your capture to a minimum of 3 minutes (which is the limit for clips in 720p) if you fail to do this because you forgot or "didn’t want to lose time" then you do not have the right to a valid complaint and will be ignored. Simply because if you wait until a straight to do so then you would know that you lose virtually no time at all, especially when you click a button to record as soon as the option becomes available and carry on driving.

Admin/Reports/incident/Race Report *

. Admins above all else reserve the right to remove/replace members without warning if said members aren't putting in the minimum effort required that we mentioned in order to stay here, or to show up here, it's not difficult, messages don't take alot of time, neither does practicing and making sure you're at your best.

. Reports are done on separate days, for example. Incident clip submissions reports/warnings/penalties and so on, are scheduled to end at midday UK time on Sundays. The admins report will be up by the evening of the following day.

. All clips must be sent in before midday of the current weekend which is midday on sunday UK time. They must be sent before this in order for them to be deemed eligible thus including them in the investigation process.

. The track limits report (if regular limits are used) will be released by the admins on Fridays every week, to give people a full week (including friday itself) to fully get used to them and be as prepared as possible.

. Also it is mandatory to check the league announcements section of the discord every week. If you don't you will most likely rack up penalties for abusing limits or not paying attention to current penalties, restrictions/reshuffles and so on and so forth.

. Admin reports can be appealed, however you must do so kindly and with respect, going over the top with whinging or name calling or anything of that nature won't get you anywhere. If anything it may cause you to have excessive penalties.

Restart/ Re-run function *

. Our main cause for restarts are people readying up after quali too early. it’s easy to not do this... If you have readied up after qualifying without the permission of an admin you will be forced to start from the back of the grid on the grid edited restart, you will be forced to start on the softest tyres.

. We have atleast a 5 minute waiting period minimum, maximum of 10 after quali to allow people to adjust their strategies and setups as well as allowing admins to check the race director after the session.

. Re-runs will only happen once per season and only if it is the most logical way to solve a chaotic race, we also may not re run races at a later date if it shortens the following season before a new title is out, races may not be restarted if we are running late or if we have suffered technical difficulties. If it is deemed that the race shall not be restarted or re run you are expected to accept and respect the action of the admins decisions whether they benefit you or not, remember (re runs and restarts won’t happen if it clashes with the rule below -stating the needed number of drivers involved in an incident for restarts) not all races go smoothly and being a racer means you must also accept the bad results along with the good and move on.

. Restarts will now be limited to two per race to reduce time, we will only restart if half the field or more cars are involved in an incident/incidents. The only time this can be overruled is if someone takes someone out on purpose, this rule only comes into effect if it’s decided upon in the first 3 laps of a race.

. If a restart is needed we will remake the lobby, replicate the weather and use the grid editor to put people back in their quali positions, or if we are in online championship the leader will back out and invite you to a new lobby where your positions will be saved. On a further note weather will be recreated (as close as possible) via the custom weather session for races that have varying conditions.

. Races will automatically be restarted if a major glitch happens that affects the majority of the field, such as the safety car staying out forever thus becoming a mobile obstacle and so on. This is it's own category and therefore doesn't take up the two restarts for mass incidents as stated before. If we do decide to restart, the race will either be fully restarted or the race will be changed to 35% or 25%. It all depends on how far we get in the race before a major glitch happens. Either that or the race will be cancelled or re run a week later as said before. It depends on how things play out and what is the best course of action.

Red Flag rules *

. Red flags will be treated the same as a start of the race. If people ready up early without admin permission the first penalty is 30 seconds added onto your overall finish time of the current race. This penalty will be carried over if needed. The second offence (either in the same race or the following) will result in you being disqualified. And doing it a third time means you will be disqualified again. However if you're doing it that often you most likely won't be staying here long as the admin will most likely review things and remove you from the league.

. For red flag restarts (same as race starts) will be authorised in the discord chat as well as the discord voice chat by an admin, do not ready up on the grid until an admin has given permission.

Fastest Lap/Driver Of The Day Point *

. As everyone is aware f1 gives a point to the driver with the fastest lap in the race as long as it's set by a driver within the top 10.

. Driver of the day will be selected by our streamer Davey Graham/Joe Harris, whoever they decide is the driver of the day will receive an extra point, the point can be applied to anyone it doesn't solely have to be given to anyone in the top 10.

Communication *

. It is not mandatory to have a headset but it is mandatory for all drivers to have a way of communicating quickly whether it be on Discord or in the chat on xbox, also the chat on xbox is used for clips to be submitted if people find it easier to share it on there as well as it being used for invites/party invites if discord has difficulties.

.With that being said it does not mean you can spam messages during a race or constantly talk throughout a race, we all deserve the chance to do our best and some more than others require more silence so that they can deal with their thoughts.

. If you are caught talking excessively and an admin has to tell you to keep it down you will receive a warning, everyone gets two warnings before the admin team gives out appropriate penalties, they will range from extra time added onto your finish time, to a race ban if needed or a penalty thats equal to the level of distraction.

Wrecking the league's foundation/another drivers race/leaving the league *

. Ruining another drivers race on purpose is not acceptable and will not be tolerated under any circumstances, if you are found to have purposely crashed another driver you will be removed from the season/league entirely and banned permanently.

. If a driver leaves the league or is removed before midday on sunday (when the clip submission ends) then their points from their last race will be invalid. They will not be given to their team, they will simply be removed from the standings entirely thus changing the race result for anyone who finished behind them, because in our view someone who leaves the league is not worthy of keeping points or their name on the results table and the same goes for their team, they don't deserve points from such a person.

. Use of glitches or manipulation of them in any way results in an instant permanent ban from the league. The core of this league is to be clean and fair, manipulation of glitches goes against the very core/foundations this league was built on.

Attempting Overtake/Causing Contact *

. The driver ahead always has the right of way if they are ahead, if you are attempting an overtake you need to make sure you are far enough alongside/ahead (atleast a third of the way alongside front wheels fully ahead of rear wheels) in order to warrant the right to legally overtake and for space to be given to you/for the other driver to notice you/proximity arrows if going for the move.

Just because you may be the car ahead doesn't mean you're free from fault or penalties, you also have to attempt to give space, you can't just turn like no one is there... Space must be attempted to be given at all times if you have the chance to do so, atleast enough to not cause contact, if it was too late or too sudden to do so you will be exempt.

. If you do not give space that's an automatic 3 second penalty, or as mentioned we can add the overall time lost as a more severe penalty/combine this with the avoidable contact rule.

.The car ahead shouldn't have to move out of the way if a car is coming flying at them as they are turning, it's not respectful to put the car ahead into that situation. Just be respectful and don't go for a divebomb like that, especially if the car ahead is turning in already and can't properly see you. Try your best to keep calm, use your head and think about things from the driver ahead's point of view. The real life 2021 f1 season taught us about this.

. Avoidable contact will be punished, as the name states if it is obvious you have made a move that caused contact that could have been avoided by either you thinking clearer, by not forcing a gap thats closing or doesn't exist, or by you not concentrating/properly controlling your inputs then you will be dealt a standard 10 second penalty. something bigger may be applied depending on the scale/situation the incident caused. (unless you came off worse in a spin like scenario with no damage to the car ahead) Thus the penalty will vary depending on the severity of the incident.

For example, we could work out how much time the victim/s lost and apply that overall time onto the aggressors finish time. We can also take position drop into consideration for this if a time penalty isn't a sufficient penalty.

. If a crash does occur the car behind will be deemed at fault until further analysis can be done. Honesty is the best policy, gentlemans racing is the aim and with that being said, should you be the cause of the incident you will be expected to own up to it. You are to wait for the car/cars involved and resume behind them after they have reclaimed their position (gentleman's agreement) . Failure to do so will result in you receiving a 5 second stop go in your next race.

Stop Go Penalty *

You will serve the 5 second stop go penalty in the first half of the race, once you get into the pits for your pitstop wait five seconds after your car has been dropped off the jacks you can track this by looking at the overall pit timer (not the timer on the right that counts your stop once the car has been lifted off the ground) build up your revs release the clutch and leave the pitlane, for a few years now the game auto releases you after waiting 5 seconds anyway. So even if you misjudge it, it should still be done correctly.

You must record this process as proof. If you do not serve this penalty or show proof you will be removed from the final race results. The only way the manual stop go will be overlooked is if it was too dangerous to give the position back. Manual stop go penalties are not allowed to be served under safety car or virtual safety car procedures, if you are found guilty of this your stop go will be doubled or changed to an overall time penalty and applied to the next race you attend.

Resetting To Track *

. Resetting to track is a pet peeve for some, and for us it is too, to a certain degree. The penalty for this will be the average time of a drive through. Which on average is roughly 25 seconds, this will be added onto anyones overall finishing time.

The only reasons it should be used is if you are beached on a kerb and cannot move. Or if you are wedged somewhere and can't turn around, like being wedged sideways in the baku castle section for example.

. This is here to ensure a mistake has an actual affect on the outcome, rather than allowing people to use something to negate the time loss.

. We also banned this due to it frequently resetting people into the path of others which caused more incidents.

Weaving/Warnings *

Fast weaving and overly aggressive driving makes you a risk to others on track and will be treated as a an act of forceful driving, you will be given a warning for each time that you are caught weaving aggressively or driving dangerously, (such as minor contact without damage or diving or generally forcing room or moves and so on) once you receive more than two warnings you will be given 1 second penalties that will be added onto your finish time. Keep in mind every race each driver gets two warnings before admins dish out penalties for the things mentioned prior.

.Slow smooth weaving from side to side is okay to break the tow but only if you are more than a car length ahead on straights only... moving under braking is dangerous and not allowed under any circumstances as it can cause further dangerous situations, the same warning system is in place for those situations and will be respected unless you are looking to rack up penalties for not abiding by rules and racing clean.

Retiring From Races *

. We encourage you not to, as you never know what might happen. However If you are compelled to retire from the race please do so in the pitlane, retiring in this way will reduce the chance of affecting the race with a safety car and will reduce your chances of being penalised. The penalty for retiring out on track will be a race ban due to the history of VSC's/safety cars playing a huge part in changing the overall race result. However if you do retire in the pitlane and a VSC/safety car is still brought out you will be exempt from any such penalty from the admins as we will have proof that you followed the rules.

The only other ways you will be exempt from this is if something outside your control has severely affected your race such as someone giving you damage on a safety car/vsc restart/you being two/three laps from the end. Or if you have disconnected rejoined to find the ai has pitted you in that same scenario putting you last by an entire pitstop a handful of laps from the end.

. If you have a habit of giving up and retiring from races consecutively, admins reserve the right to replace you with someone who is willing to complete races.

Qualifying/Cutting Track Massively Back To Pits *

Please note sessions start as in the lobby opens at 8:30pm (unless stated otherwise) and the session moves into qualifying at 8:40pm again that will only be delayed if we are having technical issues or if admins are checking something. Meaning we have a 5 minute waiting period in general until we start. If you aren't there in time you can jump into the quali session and take control of your car if you select it. Either that or you don't race. League discord voice chat is always open due to multiple platforms taking part, jumping in makes invites easier and most join at roughly 8pm.

. If you have been caught out by a mistake or mismanagement of time and decide "well i'll just cut the track massively/in half to gain time/lose less time getting back to the pits for another run" you will be given a quali ban/forced tyre start (same as the cut/extend warning on fastest lap if regular cutting is selected) this will be applied for the next session you attend.

. Qualifying or even going out on track during a dry qualifying session on intermediate/full wet tyres is strictly forbidden, any driver that does so will be given a 10 second time penalty due to the average wet tyre being 10 seconds slower than a dry tyre.

.Blocking someones lap or causing them to crash in avoidance of you in qualifying will be met with a qualifying ban.

Safety Car/VSC procedure *

. Due to the unique way in which our grid is formed we have to run the Ai at a balanced level... This means for the most part they are slow and unpredictable at the best of times... Thus meaning you may not use Ai mode for restarts of any kind as it will lead to incidents (usually sudden slow ups however we will allow it for emergencies such as wheel disconnections/settings changes/recalibration issues and so on and so forth) anyone found to have done this will be dealt a penalty ranging between any penalty we have to give, which ranges from a time penalty, position drop penalty to a race ban. It all depends on the severity of the incident.

. On safety car restarts please make sure to progressively slow the field to avoid severe speed differences throughout the pack. Don't just slam the brakes, If you are found to have reduced the field to crawling speed suddenly, you will be given a 10 second penalty that will be added onto your finish result of the same race or it may be carried over to the next you attend depending on the race outcome or if its generally necessary.

So again for clarification, safety car restarts can be done to gain an advantage, however they must be done progressively. Don't just slow up aggressively and make everyone crawl in the final sector because that causes incidents.

You should record a clip if necessary if the game has auto slowed you randomly too much, however most won't have to do this if they choose a better place to progressively slow down the field to a more manageable pace.   .

. Be aware under safety car at all times, if you receive a penalty under VSC or full SC and decide to serve the penalty in the pits we will not remove your penalty at the end because you've already served it... the best we can do is apply a penalty onto the driver who caused contact if that sort of scenario is the case.

Formation Lap Etiquette *

. Donuts/360s on the formation lap/approach to the grid will not be tolerated under any circumstances, heating up your tyres should and will be done the normal way, such as spinning the rear wheels in short bursts/weaving/dragging the brakes.

Failure to comply to this will result in a 3 second penalty added onto the finish of the race, failure to finish adds the penalty onto the next race.

Rejoining the Track *

If you are off track please do not return to the track until it is safe for you and the other drivers, show a little patience and it will prevent you from losing even more time and causing an incident.

. if you are found to have returned to the track dangerously you will receive a warning, if you are found to have returned and caused an unavoidable incident for another driver/drivers, you will receive anything from a minimum of a 10 second penalty/overall position drop that will be added onto your finish time. However this may be increased depending on severity of incident, worst case scenario you get a race ban.

F1 2020 Classics Pit Rules -

Pitstops in the classics division are mandatory, as some cars have better wear than others, every driver on the grid is required to pit once per race, failure to do so will result in disqualification from the race.[/b][/left]
